1. It is spacious, modern, and practical!
There is room to swing a cat (and some children if you want to!), and with so many rooms there is an opportunity to all be together, and to all have some space to yourselves as well - great when 2 or more generations holiday together. Oh and there is WI FI, so you don't have to be cut off from the world - unless you want to be of course!

2. It is in Rhos-on-Sea, which is just about the most charming seaside village you can imagine
Plus, it means you can walk to: the Co-op, a top fish and chips shop, a pharmacy, an excellent Italian restaurant, second hand book shops, antique shops, the beach, the harbour, and numerous cafes for that hangover breakfast or Sunday morning latte. No need to step inside a Tesco for weeks (although there is one 10 minutes drive away if you suffer withdrawal symptoms!)

3. It's great for kids of all ages
Of course, for little ones, all you need is the great sandy beaches, a bucket and a spade to make this the perfect holiday location. For bigger ones, there is the beach, fishing, watersports, and riding bikes and skate boards along the long long prom. Teenagers will enjoy the fact that they can take themselves off to the shops and cafés, the harbour, the beach, and the park without Mum and Dad, giving them that bit more independence (and you some quiet time!).

4. Your dog will love you
If you are a dog lover, you will know that there is nothing like a long walk along the beach with your dog - ‘nough said...

5. The area
There is SO much to do in North Wales you can find a great day out every day, and all within 45 minutes drive. And if you want to, the great cities of Chester, Manchester and Liverpool are all easily accessible.
